Job description

Marketing Manager (Execution) focuses primarily on implementing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

The role requires ensuring that plans are put into action effectively, efficiently, and within deadlines.

Here are some common job responsibilities:

    Campaign ExecutionOversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Manage the timeline, resources, and budget for each campaign.
  • Coordinate with different teams (creative, content, digital, sales, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Ensure campaigns meet the objectives set in the strategy phase and align with brand messaging.

    Content Coordination and DevelopmentEnsure content (articles, blogs, videos, graphics, etc.) is developed and published according to the campaign timeline.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging across platforms.
  • Review and approve all marketing materials before distribution.
  • 3.

    Channel ManagementImplement marketing strategies across various channels such as social media, email, website, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor performance on each channel to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • 4.

    Analytics and ReportingTrack and analyze the performance of campaigns and other marketing activities.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance for senior management.

    Stakeholder CommunicationServe as a point of contact for internal teams and external agencies or partners involved in the marketing process.
  • Coordinate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
  • Provide updates and progress reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

    Budget ManagementMonitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Ensure that campaigns are executed within budget constraints without compromising quality.

    Market Research and Competitor AnalysisConduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Monitor competitors marketing activities to identify new opportunities or threats.
  • Adjust execution strategies based on insights from research and competitor activity.

    Event Coordination (if applicable)Manage the execution of marketing events, webinars, product launches, or trade shows.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and communications for events.
  • Ensure that events align with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.

    Team LeadershipManage and guide the execution team, providing direction, resources, and support.
  • Ensure the team is trained and capable of executing tasks effectively.
  • Maintain high levels of motivation and collaboration within the marketing team.

    Brand ManagementEnsure that marketing efforts align with the overall brand strategy and values.
  • Manage the implementation of brand guidelines in all marketing materials and campaigns.

    Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Use CRM software to track customer interactions and ensure personalized marketing efforts.

    Collaboration with SalesWork closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals.
