Marketing Program Participant Job Opening In Kolkata – Now Hiring AmbujaNeotia Group


Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing campaigns for the resort and hospitality vertical.
  • Assist in creating and managing promotional content for digital platforms (social media, emailers, website updates).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for branding and promotional materials.
  • Help in organizing and executing on-ground events, influencer visits, and experiential marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and assist in preparing marketing reports.
  • Support in maintaining marketing databases, image libraries, and customer contact lists.
  • Assist in guest engagement activities and collecting customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Hospitality / Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and hospitality trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.


Duration: 12 months

Stipend: As per company norms


Location: Raichak on Ganges, West Bengal
