Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Marketo with Salesforce Specialist to manage and optimize our marketing automation and CRM integration.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Marketo campaign management, Salesforce CRM integration, lead lifecycle management, and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Design, build, and execute marketing automation campaigns using Marketo.

✅ Integrate and manage workflows between Marketo and Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate lead flow and data synchronization.

✅ Manage lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation to drive campaign effectiveness.

✅ Develop and maintain email templates, landing pages, and forms within Marketo.

✅ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation strategy with business goals.

✅ Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to improve ROI and engagement.

✅ Maintain data hygiene, compliance, and campaign governance across systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo (certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM workflows, custom objects, and data mapping.
• Experience in lead management, nurturing workflows, and campaign automation.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and tokens/templates for Marketo assets.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using Marketo and Salesforce dashboards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
