Massive Mobility operates the brand 1C (www.1charging.com) - an all-in-one solution for EV charging, delivering complete services from installation to ongoing management.

We are expanding rapidly to scale up EV charging infrastructure.<br/><br/><b>Why This Role?</b><br/><br/>India's EV revolution is moving fast - and charging infrastructure is the fuel that powers it.

We're looking for a high-agency, results-driven Sales Manager to supercharge our partnerships with Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and third-party charging networks.

This isn't just another sales job - it's a chance to be front and center in shaping the country's EV charging landscape.<br/><br/>If you already have deep connections with CPOs and charging network leaders, and you thrive on making deals happen, this is your stage.<br/><br/><b>What You'll Do:</b><br/><br/>- Hunt & Win: Leverage your CPO and charging network relationships to crack open new business opportunities.<br/><br/>- Solution-Sell: Craft compelling pitches, demos, and solutions that directly solve partner pain points.<br/><br/>- Negotiate Like a Pro: Own the deal cycle end-to-end - from first handshake to signed contract.<br/><br/>- Scale Partnerships: Drive long-term growth by setting up solid account management systems.<br/><br/>- Stay Ahead: Keep your ear to the ground on policy shifts, competitor moves, and new market opportunities.<br/><br/><b>What We're Looking For:</b><br/><br/>- 2-5 years in business development/sales across EV infra, utilities, SaaS, or adjacent industries.<br/><br/>- A strong professional network of CPOs and charging network decision-makers (you know who to call).<br/><br/>- A proven track record of closing B2B contracts and smashing sales targets.<br/><br/>- Top-tier communication skills - you know how to listen, consult, and win trust fast.<br/><br/>- Background in Business/Engineering preferred, but high-performance trumps everything else.<br/><br/><b>Why Join Us?</b><br/><br/>- You'll be working in one of the fastest-growing sectors in India.<br/><br/>- You'll get freedom and ownership to run deals your way - with full support from leadership.<br/><br/>- Your impact will be visible, immediate, and industry-defining.<br/><br/>This is not a role for order-takers.
