Massive Mobility operates the brand 1C (www.1charging.com) - an all-in-one solution for EV charging, delivering complete services from installation to ongoing management.

We are expanding rapidly to scale up EV charging infrastructure.</p><p><br/><b>Why This Role Matters</b><br/><br/>India's EV revolution is just getting started - and OEMs are at the heart of it.

We are building the backbone of smart EV charging infrastructure for 2W, 3W, and 4W OEMs. As a Sales Manager - Partnerships, with established relationships across 2W/3W/4W OEMs, you won't just sell; you'll shape the way EV OEMs think about charging.

This is a chance to be at the frontline of India's mobility transformation.

<br/><br/><b>What You'll Do</b><br/><br/>- Own OEM Partnerships: Drive and expand strategic business with leading EV OEMs across 2W/3W/4W segments.<br/><br/>- Position for Impact: Evangelise our EV charging solutions with OEM product, engineering, and CXO-level stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Close Big Wins: Manage the complete sales cycle - from first handshake to contract closure.<br/><br/>- Build for Scale: Nurture long-term relationships that drive account growth, repeat business, and category leadership.<br/><br/>- Stay Ahead: Track market trends and competitive activity to keep us one step ahead in the EV ecosystem.<br/><br/><b>What We're Looking For</b><br/><br/>- EV Insider: 2-5 years of experience in business development/sales within automotive or EV OEMs.<br/><br/>- Networked & Respected: Strong relationships with EV OEM decision-makers; someone who can pick up the phone and make things happen.<br/><br/>- Proven Closer: Solid track record of high-value B2B solution sales.<br/><br/>- Strategic & Street-Smart: Skilled at negotiation, stakeholder management, and turning conversations into contracts.<br/><br/>- Educational Edge: Degree in Engineering/Business preferred (but your hustle matters more).<br/><br/><b>Why Join Us?</b><br/><br/>- Be part of one of the fastest-growing EV charging networks in India.<br/><br/>- Work directly with the CXO team, shaping India's EV future.<br/><br/>- Competitive pay, performance-driven rewards, and a chance to leave your mark on a sunrise sector.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
