<p><p><b>Job Summary :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BD Presales Analsyt to join our IT Services Business Development team.
In this role, you will engage directly with clients to understand their IT needs, gather requirements, create detailed scopes, and estimate costs and timelines.
You will support the sales process by converting leads into actionable opportunities and delivering professional presales Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Handlining prospecting leads generated by the Business Team and converting the minto </p><p>potential client.</p><p><br/></p>- Engage with clients to understand their IT service requirements and business challenges.<br/><br/></p><p>- Gather and analyse detailed client requirements related to IT infrastructure, software development, or managed services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define clear project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and cost estimates aligned with client expectations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate time and cost estimations for proposed IT solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare and present compelling proposals, SOWs, and other presales documentation tailored to IT service offerings.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support the sales team in converting leads by aligning solutions with client needs and business goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from presales to project Skills & Competencies : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in client handling and relationship management within the IT services </p><p>domain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Skilled in requirement gathering, business analysis, and translating needs into project scopes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with cost and time estimations for IT projects, including software development and IT infrastructure services.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to create detailed and accurate proposals, presentations, and documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of IT services delivery models and software development lifecycle(SDLC).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in CRM Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or </p><p>related fields.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in IT services, software development companies, or IT consulting firms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, or cloud computing environments is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
