<p><p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing team.<br/><br/>In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex embedded hardware projects.<br/><br/>You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects stay on track, meet deadlines, and adhere to budget : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with engineering teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and risk assessments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage project dependencies and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineering, product management, and other departments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilisation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare and deliver project status reports to senior management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies in embedded hardware development.<br/><br/><b>Must-Have Requirements : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Project Life Cycle Expertise : </b> Deep understanding of the entire automotive embedded product development lifecycle, with a focus on iterative development methodologies like Agile and Scrum.<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Technical Proficiency in Automotive Systems : </b> Strong technical knowledge of embedded systems, including hardware architectures, real-time operating systems (RTOS), communication protocols (CAN bus, LIN bus), and functional safety standards (ISO 26262).<br/><br/></p><p>- <b>Agile Problem-Solving and Change Management : </b> Ability to identify, analyse, and solve complex technical challenges within an Agile framework.
Adapt to changing requirements and effectively manage project scope.</p><p><br/></p><p>- <b>Risk Mitigation and Functional Safety : </b> Proactive approach to risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.
Ensure adherence to functional safety standards throughout the development lifecycle.</p><p><br/></p><p>- <b>Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management : </b> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with engineering teams, product managers, customers and other stakeholders.
Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear project status updates.</p><p><br/></p><p>- <b>Technical Communication and Documentation : </b> Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, system design documents, and test plans.</p><p><br/></p><p>- <b>Delivery and Resource Optimization : </b> Proven track record of on-time and on-budget project delivery through effective resource allocation, planning, and project scheduling.
Leverage lean project management techniques to optimise resource utilisation and project efficiency.</p><p><br/><b>Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 5-10 years of experience in technical program and project management or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- A bachelor's degree in engineering, Electronics and Communication, computer science, or a related field is preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automotive Experience is must.<br/><br/></p><p>- In-depth understanding of the automotive embedded hardware development lifecycle from concept to production.<br/><br/></p><p>- Preferred candidates with prior experience in leading automotive component and system suppliers such as HMCL, Magneti Marelli, Napino, Uno Minda, Amco Batteries, Varroc, Minda, and Continental Automotive.<br/><br/></p><p>- PMP certification is a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
