<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> MDM (Master Data Management) SaaS and On-Prem Engineer<br/><br/> <b>Position Overview :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking a skilled MDM Engineer with expertise in both SaaS and on-premises Master Data Management solutions.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support robust MDM systems, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud platforms.<br/><br/> The role requires strong knowledge of MDM tools, data modeling, integration, and governance, along with hands-on experience in managing complex data ecosystems.<br/><br/> <b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>MDM Implementation and Management : </b></p><br/> - Design, implement, and support MDM solutions across SaaS and on-premise platforms to maintain a unified view of master data.<br/><br/> - Configure and customize MDM tools to meet business requirements, ensuring compatibility across environments.<br/><br/> - Develop and maintain master data models for various domains such as customers, suppliers, products, and financial data.<br/><br/> <b>SaaS And On-Premise Integration :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement and manage integrations between SaaS MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Reltio) and on-premise systems.</p><p><br/> - Develop and manage data pipelines, APIs, and ETL workflows to synchronize data across hybrid environments.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.<br/><br/> <b>Data Governance And Quality :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security.<br/><br/> - Implement data quality rules and tools to monitor, clean, and validate master data.<br/><br/> - Collaborate with business teams to define and maintain data standards and best practices.<br/><br/> <b>Performance Monitoring And Optimization</b><br/><br/> - Monitor the performance of MDM systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.<br/><br/> - Optimize workflows and processes for data ingestion, cleansing, and integration.<br/><br/> - Ensure high availability and reliability of MDM platforms through proactive maintenance and upgrades.<br/><br/> <b>Collaboration And Stakeholder Engagement :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Partner with data stewards, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver MDM solutions.<br/><br/> - Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of MDM systems.<br/><br/> - Act as a subject matter expert for MDM technologies, advising stakeholders on best practices and new opportunities.<br/><br/> <b>Compliance And Security :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure MDM solutions comply with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.<br/><br/> - Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data within MDM systems.<br/><br/> <b>Documentation And Continuous Improvement :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Maintain comprehensive documentation of MDM processes, system configurations, and data models.<br/><br/> - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, ensuring continuous enhancement of MDM capabilities.<br/><br/> - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging MDM technologies to keep systems modern and efficient.<br/><br/> <b>Qualifications Experience : </b></p><p><br/><p> - 5+ years of hands-on experience in MDM implementation and support, with expertise in both SaaS and on-premise platforms.</p><p><br/> - Experience with leading MDM tools such as Informatica, Talend, Reltio, or similar platforms.</p></p><br/> - Proven track record of integrating MDM solutions with ERP, CRM, and BI tools.<br/><br/> <b>Technical Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- Proficiency in MDM tools and technologies for both SaaS and on-premise environments.<br/><br/> - Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and integration workflows.<br/><br/> - Experience with API-based integrations and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).<br/><br/> - Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.<br/><br/> - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.<br/><br/> <b>Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex data integration and quality issues.<br/><br/> - Excellent problem-solving skills, ensuring high data integrity and system performance.<br/><br/> <b>Communication And Collaboration :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/> -
