<p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>- We are looking for skilled Automation QA Engineers with strong Salesforce testing experience to join our dynamic team in Pune.<br/><br/>- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and Salesforce Clouds, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem is reliable, scalable, and high-performing.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium within Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.<br/><br/>- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and eCommerce Cloud.<br/><br/>- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce solutions and workflows.<br/><br/>- Utilize Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench for validation and data management.<br/><br/>- Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA processes and tools; collaborate with development teams for quick resolution.<br/><br/>- Verify data integrity and perform data validation across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrated systems.<br/><br/>- Test custom Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to ensure compliance with business and technical requirements.<br/><br/>- Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure QA best practices are followed.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 4-8 years of hands-on experience in QA and test automation.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in Salesforce application testing (Sales, Service, Marketing, eCommerce Clouds).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and automation frameworks.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, Workbench, and related Salesforce testing tools.<br/><br/>- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps workflows (CI/CD).<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, configurations, and integrations.<br/><br/>- Ability to identify process gaps, document test cases, and maintain high-quality test deliverables.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
