If you <br/>are a problem solver with a strong understanding of modern web development and excellent <br/>communication skills, we want to hear from you!</p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Software Architecture & Design: Architect, design, and develop scalable and robust web applications from scratch, ensuring they meet business requirements and are optimized for performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Full-Stack Development: Lead the development of both client-side and server-side components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Front-End: Build user-facing features using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Back-End: Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and microservices using languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails.<br/><br/></p><p>- Database Management: Design, implement, and manage database schemas and data storage solutions using both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and implement automated testing (unit and integration) to ensure high-quality software.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaboration & Mentoring: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- DevOps & Deployment: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Have experience with tools like Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.<br/><br/></p><p>- Security & Performance: Implement security best practices to protect applications and data, including authentication and encryption.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure maximum application speed and scalability.</p><p><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a full stack or MERN stack <br/>developer.<br/><br/></p><p>- Programming Languages & Frameworks :<br/><br/></p><p>- Front-end: Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Extensive experience with a modern front-end framework, such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.<br/><br/></p><p>- Back-end: Expert knowledge of a back-end language and framework, such as Node.js with Express.js.<br/><br/></p><p>- Databases: Hands-on experience with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL databases,including database design, indexing, and query optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- APIs: Proven experience designing and developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Version Control: Mastery of Git and a strong understanding of branching strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the entire stack.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Soft Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
