Metayb endeavours to be best-in class across digital solutions, infrastructure, and product engineering.<br/><br/><b>Key Attributes :</b><br/><br/>- Thorough knowledge of the software application development process, life cycle including conceiving, planning, documenting, and leading large, application projects.<br/><br/>- The ability to understand and communicate architectural principles, best practices, code patterns, Agile practices, testing automation, and mentoring/education.<br/><br/>- Excellent oral and written communications skills; the ability to facilitate client meetings.<br/><br/>- A great attention to detail, with an ability to work clearly, concisely, and quickly; the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.<br/><br/>- A desire to learn, and adapt to, the latest technologies.<br/><br/>- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to make things happen with limited instruction.<br/><br/>- Ability to drive strategy through influence with leadership qualities which engineers recognise and respect.<br/><br/>- Ability to innovate and lead explorations into new technologies and strategies.<br/><br/>- Ability to establish and adhere to software engineering best practices, standards and tools.<br/><br/>- Ability to effectively collaborate with leadership and teams within technology, product management, business units, brands and across external alliance partners.<br/><br/>- Skilled ability to foster continuous improvement and innovation; ability to accept and lead change initiatives throughout the organisation.<br/><br/>- Must be able to build POCs across Full stack technologies across different platforms.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- To analyze, understand the client's business use cases and technical requirements and be able to design, build & integrate user interfaces to a varying suite of internal and external services.<br/><br/>- Strong Knowledge on Application and Technical Architecture.<br/><br/>- Experience in Micro Service Architecture, Micro Fronted, Responsive design, SPA, Composable, Serverless, Even Driven and Design Patterns.<br/><br/>- Knowledge on front-end technologies such as : React Js, Angular, Vue, Redux, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES5, ES6), Object Oriented JavaScript, Webpack, Ajax, SCSS, Styled Component, HTML5, CSS3.<br/><br/>- Experience with Server-side technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, AWS, Docker Containers, Kubernetes etc.<br/><br/>- Experience with React Native, Flutter or Ionic.<br/><br/>- Experience with Swift and Objective-C for iOS or Java and Kotlin for Android.<br/><br/>- Experience in developing user interfaces of large-scale websites using latest UI frameworks and libraries.<br/><br/>- Experience with enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, application and data integration patterns including SOAP/REST web services, databases, ETL, ESB.<br/><br/>- Experience in a core language like Java, XPath, and XSL/T, J2EE based web applications (JSP, Servlet, JDBC, JMS, JAXB), Design Patterns, JMS, SOAP / REST Web Services, XSLT, CXF, Spring Framework, etc.

(Python is an acceptable alternative).<br/><br/>- Minimum 3 years of experience with architecting and developing solutions for highly scalable systems.<br/><br/>- Strong mentoring skills, proven ability to build scalable teams imbibing thought leadership.<br/><br/>- Experience in architecting multi-tiered solutions based on architectural best practices.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge in Dev Ops, CI/CD Integrations, Infrastructure as Code.<br/><br/>- Extensive experience designing & managing a complex infrastructure implemented in one of the cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree (BE, BTech) in Computer Science, or Engineering OR equivalent experience and knowledge required.<br/><br/>- Excellent spoken, written communication and presentation skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent mentoring skills and people enablement through thought leadership.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
