This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in digital transformation for a high-growth organization in the real estate sector.</p><br/><p><b>Role Summary :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations) System Engineer to drive ERP implementation and optimization across project-centric operations in real estate and construction.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Project Management & Accounting module, with hands-on experience aligning ERP with real-world construction workflows.</p><br/><p>This is a techno-functional role requiring deep understanding of ERP systems, construction project lifecycles, and financial control within the Projects & Contracting domain.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p><b>ERP Implementation & Support :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead configuration and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O for real estate and construction use cases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Customize and deploy solutions aligned to Project Management & Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Finance modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into ERP functionalities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as Level 2/3 support for ERP-related issues and post-implementation troubleshooting.</p><br/><p><b>ERP Configuration & Customization :</b><br/><br/></p><p>Implement and manage modules including :<br/><br/></p><p>- Project Management & Accounting: WBS, budgeting, cost tracking, retention, variation orders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Procurement & Sourcing: RFQ, subcontractor management, vendor evaluation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Inventory Management: Construction materials, warehouse transfers, site tracking.<br/><br/></p><p>- Finance & Accounting: Multi-company and intercompany transactions, VAT, guarantees.<br/><br/></p><p>- Customize approval workflows, user roles, and security hierarchy.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate project milestone tracking with invoicing and revenue recognition.</p><br/><p><b>Systems Integration & Automation :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Enable integration with:<br/><br/></p><p>- Zoho CRM (lead to project handover)<br/><br/></p><p>- SharePoint/DMS<br/><br/></p><p>- Banking portals for automated payments<br/><br/></p><p>- Power BI for dashboarding and executive insights<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive automation in subcontractor billing, retention release, escalation handling.</p><br/><p><b>Business Process Optimization :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Partner with internal teams (Finance, QS, Procurement) to map, streamline, and digitize project workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and BOQ standardization across projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive alignment between ERP workflows and construction contract governance.</p><br/><p><b>Training & Documentation :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Train key user groups (PMs, QS, Finance, Procurement) in ERP best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and test documentation.</p><br/><p><b>Governance & Compliance (Preferred) :</b><br/><br/></p><p>Ensure compliance with :<br/><br/></p><p>- Contract standards (FIDIC, NEC)<br/><br/></p><p>- Local tax and regulatory requirements (VAT, WPS, DLD/TAS, Naqodi)<br/><br/></p><p>- Cybersecurity and ISO standards (9001, 27001)<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain strong audit trails and data integrity for project-related transactions.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p><b>Certifications (Preferred) :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant Associate or Solution Architect</p><br/><p><b>Experience :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations and support.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mandatory domain experience in construction, real estate, or contracting.</p><br/><p><b>Technical Expertise :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong functional and technical understanding of F&O modules.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in ERP customization, configuration, and integration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to bridge business needs with system capabilities.</p><br/><p><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Self-starter with ability to work cross-functionally in global teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
