Role Overview
We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer who will design, customize, and implement scalable D365 Finance solutions.
This role demands strong technical expertise in X++, a deep understanding of Finance modules, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Power Platform tools.
You’ll collaborate closely with business and functional teams to deliver seamless, high-quality implementations that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom extensions, integrations, and classes using X++ in D365 F&O.
- Design and implement Data Entities, APIs, and Data Packages for integration and reporting.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile sprints—including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage deployments and pipelines using Azure DevOps and LCS.
- Apply ALM best practices for branching, version control, and environment management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring performance optimization.
- Extend D365 capabilities using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Maintain high coding standards, documentation, and adherence to CES security policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of hands-on development experience in D365 Finance & Operations using X++.
- In-depth knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project Accounting).
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, boards) and LCS.
- Proficiency in data integration (OData, REST APIs, SSIS, SQL).
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 F&O Developer Associate (preferred).
- Experience integrating F&O with CRM, Power Platform, or Azure Data Factory is a plus.
