Job Description: SCM Functional Consultant
- 8+ years’ experience in D365 SCM Functional consulting area.
(T&L) (Dynamics365FO) - Involvement in at least three D365 implementations including post Go live supports.
- Should have experience in working large rollout projects.
- Should be able to lead/drive analysis & design workshop with business.
- Should have Knowledge in Product Information Management, Standard/Advance Warehousing experience.
Knowledgeable in Inventory, Master planning, Inventory Journal, Quality Management, Procure to Pay Process, Order to cash Process, asset management.
- Having good knowledge of workflows, configurations.
- Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating SCM processes and recommending improvements.
- Worked closely with business and technical users to implement key solutions.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, able to communicate at all levels of an organization.
- Proven experience leading requirement gathering and discovery workshops with users and stakeholders.
- Worked on all the phases of a typical implementation, incl requirement gathering, CRP, training, UAT, Go Live and Support.
- Prepare detailed documentation (FDD, Fit Gap, Training Guides etc.)
- Good verbal & written communication Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile product team with daily interaction with both consulting and business team along with strong hands-on experience on DevOps.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple initiatives and across business units.
- Good to have a someone with Valid MB 330, MB 335 Certification
