<p><p><b>About the Job :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Model-Driven Apps.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components, with strong technical leadership skills and ability to deliver enterprise-grade Responsibilities (KRA) :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Apps solutions (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop complex Power Automate workflows, including cloud flows and data flows to automate business processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect and implement Dataverse solutions ensuring proper data model design, security, and integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and implement integrations between Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL Server, Excel, and </p><p>other external systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive solution performance, maintainability, and scalability best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure proper documentation of development processes, solution architecture, and functional specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in technical reviews, code quality reviews, and solution demos with stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the Power Platform ecosystem.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with business users and project managers to ensure timely delivery of Skillsets Required :</b></p><p><br/></p>- 7 10 years of overall experience in Microsoft Power Platform Development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong technical expertise in Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Data Flows).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (mandatory).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in building Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse entity models.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good knowledge of integrating Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, and other systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in application lifecycle management (ALM) using Power Platform tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of security concepts, data policies, and role-based access control in Power </p><p>Platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in mentoring or leading a technical development team.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Power BI and AI Builder is an added advantage.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to perform gap analysis, requirement gathering, and translate functional needs into technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
