<p>Role and Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Design, develop, and deploy low-code applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate (cloud & desktop).<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement scalable and secure applications.<br/><br/>- Participate in solution architecture discussions, providing guidance on Power Platform best practices, security, performance, and maintainability.<br/><br/>- Manage Power Platform administration tasks, including environment setup, app migration, license/credit - management, DLP policy implementation, and platform usage monitoring.<br/><br/>- Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) for innovative low-code automation or AI-enabled use cases.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and connected systems, ensuring smooth operations.<br/><br/>- Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and governance compliance.<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide junior developers or low-code engineers in Power Platform development, administration, and deployment processes.<br/><br/>- Continuously evaluate and adopt new features and tools in Power Platform to improve efficiency and business impact.<br/><br/>Mandatory Experience and Skills : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on Expertise in developing web apps and automation workflow using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud + desktop)<br/><br/>- Hands-on Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate cloud/desktops flows.<br/><br/>- Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), and Microsoft office 365 integration with strong focus on SharePoint, Microsoft teams , and other office 365 based integrated apps build.<br/><br/>- Some programming experience in JAVA/.NET/python will be preferred but not mandatory.<br/><br/>- Experience managing power platform - admin activities such as environment creation, management, apps movement from one environment to another, license credit assignments, tracking and reporting of platform usage, DLP etc.<br/><br/>- Experience participating in solution architecture discussions, providing guidance on power apps/automate best practices, security, and scalability.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams.<br/><br/>- Ability to design, code, and deploy applications independently.
<br/><br/>Good to Have : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience using power apps AI services in power apps-based applications.
<br/><br/>- Experience using power automation as low code RPA use cases.<br/><br/>- Prior experience with some programming languages such as .NET/ C# /Java/Python will be advantageous.
