Job description

<p><p><b>Primary Skills : </b> Informatica, IDMC, Power exchance, PowerCenter, Azure<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Analyze Informatica platform bandwidth and recommend capacity scaling (up/down) based on usage patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades for Linux, Unix, and Windows servers aligned with supported Informatica components.<br/><br/></p><p>- Recommend optimal hosting infrastructure based on usage, performance, and cost considerations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support transactional replication across hosted servers in data centers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design and implement disaster recovery solutions for mission-critical Informatica environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Resolve performance issues within warehousing and trading system environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with DBAs to ensure database structures provide high performance, data integrity, recovery, and security.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor application servers, disk space, dump/core files, and other infrastructure metrics </p><p>using automated health check scripts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage production incidents via ServiceNow (or equivalent), ensuring resolution meets </p><p>committed SLAs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Tag repeated issues to problem records and document RCA findings for trend analysis and </p><p>continuous improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, support production deployments, and </p><p>manage rollback procedures as required.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and track certificates across environments and coordinate updates with business </p><p>teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Facilitate daily knowledge transfer and internal alignment across MSS support teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Attend and contribute to WSR, QBR, and YBR meetings with client stakeholders to share </p><p>insights, track performance, and plan Status Updates on key platform components : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Informatica PowerCenter : Workflow status, job failures, system health.<br/><br/></p><p>- Informatica PowerExchange : Connectivity checks, session monitoring, error handling.<br/><br/></p><p>- IDMC / IICS and related Azure components (e.g., SQL, Storage) as applicable.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor Informatica workflows for delays, failures, and SLA adherence<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and availability across all supported </p><p>environments<br/><br/></p><p>- Support Informatica developers with deployment coordination, runtime troubleshooting, and </p><p>environment readiness</p><p><br/></p><p>- Monitor and communicate any planned or ongoing maintenance, outages, or high-severity </p><p>escalations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Validate updates across all active SNOW tickets for incidents, changes, and service requests.<br/><br/></p><p>- Escalate deviations or priority issues per defined SLA and escalation matrix.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to document any deviations from SOPs or </p><p>expected service behavior.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
