<p><p><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to implement and support our current and future DNS architecture in private/public cloud.<br/><br/>You will be directly responsible for ensuring the scalability, resilience, automation, and performance optimization of our DNS environment by leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Ansible, and Terraform, or Pulumi.<br/><br/>This is a deeply technical role requiring expert-level understanding of DNS, NTP, LDAP and extensive working knowledge on Linux Operating systems.<br/><br/>You will also collaborate with platform and SRE teams to maintain secure, performant, and multi-tenant-isolated services that serve high-throughput, mission-critical applications.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Implement and support large scale DNS Architecture that stretches private & public cloud across multiple regions.<br/><br/>- Implement and support Infoblox DDI solutions (DNS, IPAM, DHCP), Cloudflare DNS management, Google & AWS DNS services.<br/><br/>- Implement and support highly reliable NTP and LDAP services on Linux instances.<br/><br/>- Implement Infrastructure as code leveraging CI/CD automation, Ansible, Terraform/Pulumi, Python and Bash for automated provisioning of DNS services.<br/><br/>- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure updates, patches, and rollbacks.<br/><br/>- Automate monitoring, alerting, and self-healing with GitOps and observability tools (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana).<br/><br/>- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and scalable operations.<br/><br/>- Troubleshoot and analyze performance across hypervisors, storage, and networking.<br/><br/>- Support on-call rotation, incident response, and root cause 5+ in managing global DNS, NTP and LDAP systems on Linux Operating Systems.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code with Ansible, Terraform, or Pulumi.<br/><br/>- Expertise with Infoblox DDI systems (or similar enterprise DNS systems: BlueCat, Bind9, CloudFlare, GCP and AWS DNS services).<br/><br/>- Familiar with various Infrastructure technology stacks like Hypervisor Technologies (KVM, Vsphere,), storage protocols (SDS) (iSCSI, NFS, CEPH), L2/L3 Networking.<br/><br/>- Strong Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) systems engineering background with advanced scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.<br/><br/>- Fluency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated test frameworks.<br/><br/>- Strong experience supporting mission critical 24x7 customer facing production environments.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated success building or maintaining multi-region or high-availability OpenStack clusters.<br/><br/>- Ability to write technical documentation and contribute to community wikis or knowledge bases and background in large enterprise infrastructure environments.<br/><br/><b>Nice to have:</b><br/><br/>- Working experience implementing OpenLDAP & NTP services (preferably Microchip SyncServer systems).<br/><br/>- Familiar with Cisco UCS Blade Servers (or similar server Infrastructure), Block/File Storage (Soft defined storage preferred).<br/><br/>- Understanding of security best practices for system patching and security compliance (e.g., CIS, NIST).<br/><br/>- Background in telco, edge cloud environments.<br/><br/><b>Additional Information :</b><br/><br/><b>We offer :</b><br/><br/>- Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.<br/><br/>- Competitive Pay and Benefits: enjoy a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, language courses, and a relocation program.<br/><br/>- Work From Anywhere Culture: make the most of the flexibility that comes with remote work.<br/><br/>- Growth Mindset: reap the benefits of a range of professional development opportunities, including certification programs, mentorship and talent investment programs, internal mobility and internship opportunities.<br/><br/>- Global Impact: collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients and shape the future of industries.<br/><br/>- Welcoming Multicultural Environment: be a part of a dynamic, global team and thrive in an inclusive and supportive work environment with open communication and regular team-building company social events.<br/><br/>- Social Sustainability Values: join our sustainable business practices focused on five pillars, including IT education, community empowerment, fair operating practices, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
