<p>Job Title : Salesforce Architect<br/><br/>Location : Noida<br/><br/>Experience : 8+ years.<br/><br/>Job Description :<br/><br/>- Manage and groom the Salesforce Technical Leads/ Associate Tech Leads<br/><br/>- Set and enforce design standards, development standards, and operational standards to be followed by the technical team<br/><br/>- Interface with client to understand functional and technical requirements<br/><br/>- Create technical design options and review them the internal team and client teams<br/><br/>- Work on Technical Statement of Work / Technical Proposal<br/><br/>- Perform analysis of the requirements and help teams understand complexity and measure story points<br/><br/>- Good working functional and technical knowledge of at least 1 Salesforce product e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud<br/><br/>- Should have hands on development experience with Apex, Visual Force pages design, Triggers, LWC, Aura<br/><br/>- Should have experience in Salesforce lightning components, lightning Design system.<br/><br/>- Understanding of deployment processes and tools about Salesforce like SFDX, Git<br/><br/>- Understanding of data migration tools and processes with regard to Salesforce e.g., DataLoader<br/><br/>- Experience with technologies supporting SaaS applications including XML, Web Services (REST/SOAP).<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS AngularJS, jQuery and JavaScript.<br/><br/>- Must be ready to work on cross platform technologies like Node, Php, ETL tools etc.<br/><br/>- Must be open to work on multiple accounts simultaneously.<br/><br/>Candidate Profile :<br/><br/>- Overall Industry Experience : 8+ Yrs.<br/><br/>- Coding Experience : 5+Yrs.<br/><br/>- Design Experience : 5+ Yrs.<br/><br/>- Experience working in mid-large size environment with multiple development teams.<br/><br/>- Salesforce Technical Architect Certification is a must.<br/><br/>- Should be B.E/B.Tech.<br/><br/>- Must be a Team Player.<br/><br/>- Should have leadership quality to manage a team of Tech Leads/Associate Tech Leads.<br/><br/>Advantage :<br/><br/>- Experience is any CPQ tool, or any other salesforce-supported tool will be an added advantage.<br/><br/>- Should have knowledge on development methodology<br/><br/>Perks/Benefits :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Flexible working Hours<br/><br/>- Open work Culture<br/><br/>- Professional Development in the Workplace.<br/><br/>- Continuing education.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
