<p><p><b>Your Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Plan, architect and implement data communication networks that meet the organizations needs and focused on Cloud integration with providers such as AWS and Microsoft Asure.<br/><br/>- Present network plans to management staff.<br/><br/>- Oversee the network implementation process, including setting schedules and budgets.<br/><br/>- Implement upgrades to hardware and software as needed.<br/><br/>- Research network technologies and stay up to date on advancements in the field.<br/><br/>- Provide support to the daily operations team as needed.<br/><br/>- Plan and recommend designs for continuous improvement in the network.<br/><br/>- Provide analysis of network capacity and health.<br/><br/>- Architecture and management of global Palo Alto firewall footprint.<br/><br/>- Lead the design, deployment, and management of the Network Access Control system Aruba ClearPass.<br/><br/>- Implement networking best practices and standards throughout the infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Creating documentation and communications as needed.<br/><br/>- Manage automation to ensure daily operations and standards are optimized.<br/><br/>- Participate in support through the Service now ticketing system.<br/><br/>- Escalate critical issues to manager in a timely manner.<br/><br/>- Coordinate technical implementation with partners from business.<br/><br/>- Ability to work after hours and participate in on-call coverage.<br/><br/>- Other duties as assigned.<br/><br/><b>Technical Requirements : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>What will you bring to the team : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Minimum 10-15 years of experience working with network technologies.<br/><br/>- Experience with integration with AWS, Azure and other cloud providers.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience managing and designing solutions with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience working with Aruba routers, switches and wireless access points.<br/><br/>- Experience designing and managing the Aruba network with Aruba Central.<br/><br/>- DNS, DHCP and IP addressing management.<br/><br/>- Remote access technologies (SSL, IPSec) and site-to-site VPN.<br/><br/>- Wireless networks, controllers, and APs.<br/><br/>- WAN and SDWAN provisioning and optimization.<br/><br/>- Network/system monitoring and troubleshooting.<br/><br/>- Network Devices : Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers (Multivendor Network Environment).<br/><br/>- Network Skills : TCP/IP, routing protocols (EIGRP,BGP,MPLS,IPSec VPN), Layer2/3 switching and VLAN configuration, Firewall security policy.<br/><br/>- Familiar with authentication services : Radius, TACACS/TACACS+, 802.1x.<br/><br/>- Experience with Network Tools such ClearPass, Solar Winds, Cisco Umbrella, Infoblox, Cisco ISE.<br/><br/>- Experience working in a team environment.<br/><br/>- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communications skills.<br/><br/>- Experience maintaining and supporting network infrastructure in a 24/7, On-Call model.<br/><br/><b>Functional Requirements : </b><br/><br/>- Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills to effectively work with the all members of the team, a must.<br/><br/>- Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team in planning, designing, acquisition, configuration and implementation of complex systems.<br/><br/>- Ability to work effectively under deadline pressure and meet customer expectations in a demanding environment.<br/><br/>- Ability to work in a remote environment across international boundaries and cultural differences.<br/><br/>- Provide estimates on development effort and proposed technical solutions to business problem.<br/><br/>- Provide on-call support of critical applications and may coordinate on call response efforts with other IT team members as needed.<br/><br/>- Work under general supervision.<br/><br/><b>Educational Qualifications / Experience : </b></p><br/>- Associate Degree or Trade Certification in Computer related fields.<br/><br/>- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in networking technology environments.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
