<p><p><b>About the Role :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Linux systems, cloud platforms, and integration tools such as SnapLogic.

You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting integration processes that drive business Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Linux and Windows operating systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support, maintain, and optimize integrations using the SnapLogic platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve web services issues involving REST and SOAP APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Assist in the management and monitoring of cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and Azure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Diagnose and resolve networking issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related protocols.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development and IT teams to quickly resolve incidents and service requests.<br/><br/></p><p>- Document support processes, solutions, and maintain technical knowledge base articles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor systems proactively to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support when Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with the SnapLogic integration platform preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient with RESTful and SOAP web services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
