Modernizing Medicine is hiring an Software Engineering Technical Lead that will be responsible for providing technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship consistent with our software development standards, leading software development and troubleshooting technical issues that involve software development, engineering tasks and product releases.</p><br/><p><b>Skills & Requirements : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 8+ years of professional programming experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong Experience with SAFe Agile/Scrum development methodology.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong Experience in SQL and relational databases experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Java/J2EE Object Oriented design and development skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of Web Standards (XML, Web Services (WS-, REST)).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of Microservices.

If you are receiving communications as described above, please report them to the FTC website.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and platforms using Java/J2EE and microservices architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile (SAFe Scrum) environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries and manage relational databases to support application requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and consume web services using REST and other web standards (XML, SOAP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure to build and deploy scalable applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Own and drive technical deliverables with a strong focus on architecture, code quality, and documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and coach team members on engineering best practices, design patterns, and development methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Innovate by integrating new processes, tools, and technologies to enhance team productivity and product quality.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to promote unity and shared success.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain a high level of self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
