<p><p><b>Role Overview : </b></p><p><br/>We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer 2 .NET to join our growing team in Hyderabad.<br/><br/>This role involves full-stack development, automated testing, and working closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Participate in Agile sprint and release planning, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, demos, and retrospectives.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with team members to create effective testing conditions and identify non-production constraints.<br/><br/>- Design, code, and maintain automated testing frameworks for complex systems.<br/><br/>- Create and execute automated tests to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.<br/><br/>- Analyze test results to identify defects, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.<br/><br/>- Work with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to align on business requirements.<br/><br/>- Develop and implement test strategies and methodologies based on industry best practices.<br/><br/>- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.<br/><br/>- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and software development activities.<br/><br/>- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.<br/><br/>- Continuously improve testing processes and stay updated with industry trends.</p><br/><p><b>Required Qualifications And Skills : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.<br/><br/>- 35 years of experience in software development or testing.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET framework.<br/><br/>- Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, and message queues.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Confluence, and Bitbucket or other Git platforms.<br/><br/>- Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium with C#, Playwright, TestNG, and optionally Cucumber.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with mobile test automation for iOS and Android.<br/><br/>- Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman and Rest Assured.<br/><br/>- Understanding of SaaS-based applications and microservices architecture.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/>- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
