<p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Develop, plan, and manage a program of high-priority work initiatives within Boost including projects that are cross-functional and/or enterprise-wide.<br/><br/>- Perform project management of the high-priority work initiatives documented in a road map.<br/><br/>- Act as change agent to foster a customer centric quality culture throughout the organization and drive measurable business process improvements.<br/><br/>- Responsible for all aspects of the development/implementation of projects, focused on the delivery of a process or service from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers.<br/><br/>- Interface with all areas affected by the project which may include internal departments in Operations, Client Success, Product, senior level executives, as well as Global Service vendors.<br/><br/>- Assess RCM workflow and process issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client success.<br/><br/>- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project timelines, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports.<br/><br/>- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of a project, including high-profile, complex projects.<br/><br/>- Conduct project meetings and be responsible for meeting expected deliverables and timelines.<br/><br/>- Work together with Global Vendor Liaison to manage the integration of vendor tasks while tracking and reviewing deliverables.<br/><br/>- May provide project management guidance to the project team.<br/><br/>- Plan and direct schedules as well as project budgets.<br/><br/>- Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with (internal) customers on all matters.<br/><br/>- Recommend and take action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.<br/><br/>- Lead, coordinate, and facilitate client and internal meetings concerning project activities.<br/><br/>- Perform other duties as assigned.<br/><br/><b>Experience And Skills Requirements:</b><br/><br/>- Four to five years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education<br/><br/>- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle and medical billing operations is require<br/><br/>- PMP certification preferred<br/><br/>- Knowledge of and experience with RCM workflows and processes<br/><br/>- Excellent communication; teamwork; extraordinary high level of attention to detail<br/><br/>- Experience managing vendor relationships or offshore relationships is a plus<br/><br/>- An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective<br/><br/>- A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus<br/><br/>- Ability to lead a cross-functional project team and work with peers in a team effort<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines<br/><br/>- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal supervision<br/><br/>- Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment<br/><br/>- Strong ability to collaborate with individual contributors to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
