This is a senior-level position focused on building world-class user interfaces and leading frontend architecture decisions.

You'll work on cutting-edge AI products while mentoring junior developers and establishing technical standards for our frontend stack.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/><b>Core Frontend Expertise (Must Have) :<br/></b><br/>- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience<br/><br/></p><p>- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep experience with React.js and Next.js for production applications<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of modern CSS frameworks, particularly TailwindCSS<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with state management solutions like Redux or Zustand<br/><br/><b>Additional Technical Skills (3+ Required) :<br/></b><br/>- Frontend build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack)<br/><br/></p><p>- Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright)<br/><br/></p><p>- API integration (REST, GraphQL, tRPC)<br/><br/></p><p>- Version control with Git and collaborative development workflows<br/><br/></p><p>- CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes<br/><br/></p><p>- Performance optimization and web vitals<br/><br/></p><p>- Accessibility standards (WCAG) and semantic HTML<br/><br/></p><p>- Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Vercel, AWS)<br/><br/><b>Leadership & Soft Skills :<br/></b><br/>- Proven track record of mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in agile development environments<br/><br/></p><p>- Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Frontend Development & Architecture :<br/></b><br/>- Design and develop sophisticated, responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead frontend architectural decisions and establish coding standards and best practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Build reusable component libraries and design systems for scalable development<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize applications for maximum performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems<br/><br/><b>Technical Leadership :<br/></b><br/>- Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive technical decisions around frontend tooling, frameworks, and development workflows<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional user experiences<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate and recommend new frontend technologies and development practices<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex frontend issues and performance bottlenecks<br/><br/><b>Quality & Delivery :<br/></b><br/>- Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in technical planning and provide accurate project estimates<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure code quality through rigorous review processes and automated testing<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current with frontend trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices<br/><br/><b>What We're Looking For :</b><br/><br/>We want someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
