<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> Technology Solution Architect.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Noida.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 5+ Years.<br/><br/><b>Shift Timings :</b> 11 am to 8 pm.<br/><br/><b>Position Overview :</b><br/><br/></p><p>As a Technology Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance technology solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>You will ensure that our solutions meet business objectives, adhere to best practices, and are delivered within the constraints of the project environment.<br/><br/></p><p>You will work closely with various stakeholders, including project management, business analysis, and development teams, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Solution Design Principles : Apply design principles, approaches, and processes to enable high-quality outputs and delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solution Architecture Development : Develop solution architectures that incorporate the concerns of business, data, application, and technology domain architectures.<br/><br/></p><p>- Project Constraints : Develop solutions that can be delivered within the constraints of the project or operating environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Dependency Management : Ensure that solution dependencies and implications are considered (e.g., skills, feasibility, performance, security, maintainability, extensibility, reuse, strategic fit, global alignment).<br/><br/></p><p>- Non-Functional Requirements : Define and manage non-functional requirements and work with project teams to ensure these requirements are met.<br/><br/><b>Technical Expertise :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in programming languages (.Net is a must).<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of architectural design patterns, including microservices, cloud-native architectures, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in Azure cloud platforms (AWS, GCP bonus), database management, and API-driven development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architecture Governance : Own and manage architecture governance and conduct regular architecture reviews.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and enforce architectural standards, development best practices, and governance for technology solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technology Standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integration Standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Security Standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Infrastructure Standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Development Standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communication : Communicate architectures and concepts to other technology and business teams as appropriate and at different organizational levels.<br/><br/></p><p>- Project Collaboration : Work closely with the project management and business analysis teams to ensure development projects are executed and managed effectively to meet deadlines, budgets, and outcomes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support : Provide support to business analysts and other project team members during functional/non-functional requirements definition to ensure they are technically achievable and feasible within project constraints.<br/><br/><b>Pre-Sales Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Stakeholder Engagement : Work with product stakeholders to analyze functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solution Development : Develop end-to-end solutions involving multiple products, ensuring security and performance benchmarks are established, achieved, and maintained.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proof of Concepts (POCs) : Develop POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Client Communication : Communicate system requirements and solution architecture to clients and stakeholders, providing technical assistance and guidance throughout the pre-sales process.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technical Presentations : Prepare and deliver technical presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating how proposed solutions meet their needs and requirements.<br/><br/><b>Additional Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them </p><p>into effective technical solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technology Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the use of best practices and innovative solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integration Management : Oversee the integration of solutions with existing systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow.<br/><br/></p><p>- Performance Optimization : Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and security, </p><p>addressing any technical challenges that arise.<br/><br/></p><p>- Quality Assurance : Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, conducting regular reviews and testing to ensure robustness and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of the architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentoring : Mentor fellow developers and team leads, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.<br/><br/><b>Certification :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Relevant certifications such as Azure Certified Solutions Architect (MUST), TOGAF, or equivalent are a plus.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology architecture, with a focus on developing scalable and high-performance solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technical Expertise : Proficient in architectural frameworks, cloud computing, database management, and web technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design scalable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, with excellent project management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both
