<p>Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Understand the client's existing processes and propose recommendations for future improvements.<br/><br/>- Suggest strategic road maps to bridge performance gaps and create high-level implementation plans.<br/><br/>- Collect and evaluate business requirements effectively.<br/><br/>- Ensure business requirements align with best practices to deliver a technical solution.<br/><br/>- Define new business processes and enhance existing ones.<br/><br/>- Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of business processes and intellectual assets.<br/><br/>- Configure solutions hands-on and provide support to junior team members.<br/><br/>Required Experience & Skills :<br/><br/>- Proven track record in delivering complex planning solutions and managing complete Oracle SCM solution implementations, from discovery to go-live.<br/><br/>- At least 2 implementations in the specified modules.<br/><br/>- Over 6 years of experience in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud implementations, with 3 years as a workstream lead specializing in Supply Chain Planning (Demand Management & Supply Planning) and expertise in Plan-to-Produce processes.<br/><br/>3 years of experience in implementing Supply Chain Planning Cloud, including :<br/><br/>- Demand Planning<br/><br/>- Supply Planning<br/><br/>- Sales and Operations Planning.<br/><br/>- Replenishment Planning.<br/><br/>- Backlog Management.<br/><br/>- Global Order Promising (GOP).<br/><br/>- Supply Chain Collaboration.<br/><br/>- Production Scheduling.<br/><br/>- Experience in planning for large organizations is advantageous.<br/><br/>- Preferred proficiency in Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules.<br/><br/>- Ability to operate within a complex global ERP framework with strong problem-solving, change management, and documentation skills.<br/><br/>- Alignment with Deloitte's core values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, a proactive attitude, and openness to expressing ideas.<br/><br/>- Enthusiastic, energetic, highly driven, and eager to learn about our business.<br/><br/>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated capability to work independently and remotely, supporting clients and various initiatives.<br/><br/>- Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirements documents, and training materials for upcoming projects and enhancements.<br/><br/>Additional Desired Skills :<br/><br/>- Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Supply Chain Management support or implementations.<br/><br/>- Oracle ERP SCM Cloud certifications Planning or similar.<br/><br/>- Experience leading solution workshops, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, and Plan-to-Produce tracks, in addition to mentoring junior staff<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
