<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/><b>About Motadata :</b><br/><br/>Motadata is a leading IT monitoring and management software company, dedicated to transforming how businesses manage their IT operations.<br/><br/>Since inception, weve been committed to revolutionizing how organizations extract valuable insights from their IT networks.<br/><br/>Our cutting-edge solutions enable enterprises to make informed decisions, optimize infrastructure, and ensure seamless IT operations.<br/><br/>We pride ourselves on our ability to collect, analyze, and unify monitoring data from multiple sources and formats, empowering organizations to solve complex IT challenges with ease.<br/><br/><b>Position Overview :</b><br/><br/>As a Lead Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for end-to-end deployment, integration, and optimization of Motadatas solutions for enterprise clients.<br/><br/>This role demands a strong technical foundation, hands-on expertise in monitoring and service desk tools, and the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation.<br/><br/>You will also act as a mentor to junior engineers and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Solution Design & Implementation :</b><br/><br/>- Design service desk architectures for infrastructure and applications.<br/><br/>- Develop logging frameworks for effective data collection and analysis.<br/><br/>- Ensure successful deployment and integration of solutions across client environments (on-premise and cloud).<br/><br/><b>Technology Evaluation & Integration :</b><br/><br/>- Assess, recommend, and implement monitoring, logging, and event management tools.<br/><br/>- Integrate new tools with existing systems and networks for unified monitoring.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration & Leadership :</b><br/><br/>- Work closely with DevOps, Product, Support, and Security teams to deliver cohesive monitoring strategies.<br/><br/>- Lead project delivery, ensuring governance and compliance.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams.<br/><br/><b>Documentation & Best Practices :</b><br/><br/>- Create and maintain delivery documentation, architectural diagrams, and standard operating procedures.<br/><br/>- Establish best practices for monitoring and service desk implementation.<br/><br/><b>Client Engagement & Training :</b><br/><br/>- Conduct SRS workshops and technical training for partners and customers.<br/><br/>- Act as a trusted technical advisor, aligning solutions with business goals.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Proven experience with monitoring & service desk tools such as ManageEngine, Broadcom, Microfocus, Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, TrueSight, ServiceNow, Kibana, Zoho Service Desk.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools (JasperBI, PowerBI, Tableau).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of network architecture concepts (e.g., secure zones, DMZ).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with ITIL processes (ITIL certification preferred).<br/><br/>- Experience with both on-premise and cloud deployments.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
