In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the abstraction and management of lease data while ensuring the accuracy and compliance of lease agreements.<br/><br/>- The Senior Lease Analyst will collaborate with both local and global teams to provide high-quality lease data support and drive improvements in lease management Lead the abstraction and analysis of complex lease agreements to extract relevant terms and clauses accurately.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business leaders locally and globally (NA, EMEA, and APAC) to ensure timely and accurate lease data management.<br/><br/>- Maintain and update lease management systems, ensuring the proper documentation and tracking of lease terms, rent escalations, renewals, and other critical data.<br/><br/>- Perform detailed review of lease documents to identify potential risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.<br/><br/>- Support the ongoing development of lease abstraction processes, procedures, and training programs to enhance accuracy and efficiency.<br/><br/>- Contribute to the optimization of lease data management solutions to improve performance and productivity across departments.<br/><br/>- Work with global and local leadership teams to ensure consistency in approach, and provide insights into regional and global lease management needs.<br/><br/>- Assist in special lease-related projects, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.<br/><br/>Knowledge And Skills:<br/><br/>- 6+ years of experience in lease abstraction, lease administration, or a related field.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to manage complex lease agreements, including data extraction, analysis, and reporting.<br/><br/>- Strong experience with lease management software and SaaS offerings (such as MRI or similar platforms).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting legal lease language and identifying key terms.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills with a "can-do" attitude and a focus on customer-centric service.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.<br/><br/>- Ability to train and mentor junior lease analysts and assist in onboarding new team members.<br/><br/>- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to compliance.<br/><br/>- Excellent documentation and presentation skills<br/><br/>- Collaborator with Problem Solving, 'Can-do' Mindset and a client centric focus<br/><br/>- Experience with other business SaaS offerings a plus<br/><br/>Education:<br/><br/>- Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.<br/><br/>- Relevant certifications or professional experience in lease Abstraction/ administration are also highly valued.<br/><br/>Benefits:<br/><br/>- Ability to learn leading technical / industry standards and technologies<br/><br/>- Hybrid working arrangements (2/3 days in the office)<br/><br/>- Annual performance-related bonus<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
