<p><b>Job Opportunity : </b><br/><br/><b>Role : D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant</b><br/><br/>Location : Gurgaon & Bangalore<br/><br/>Experience : 5 to 8 Years<br/><br/>Position : D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant<br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Finance Functional Consultants to be part of our fast-growing consulting team.
<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in Finance & Accounting processes, coupled with hands-on experience in delivering successful end-to-end implementations.
<br/><br/>This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global clients, design robust solutions, and contribute to large-scale digital transformation programs.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, to deployment and hypercare support.<br/><br/>- Analyze, design, and configure Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets (FA), Inventory, and Operations Costing.<br/><br/>- Map Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and other finance-related client processes into D365FO functionalities.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure proper solution design and integration.<br/><br/>- Drive fit-gap analysis, prepare functional documentation, functional design specifications, test scripts, and training materials.<br/><br/>- Provide post-go-live support, resolve user issues, and ensure smooth business adoption.<br/><br/>- Manage multiple client stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.<br/><br/>- Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications, product updates, and industry best practices.<br/><br/><b>Key Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- Experience : 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance (AX/D365).<br/><br/>- Core Functional Expertise : Strong hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash & Bank, Inventory, Operations Costing).<br/><br/>- Added Advantage : Project Accounting module exposure.<br/><br/>- Implementation Experience : Minimum of 23 full-cycle implementations with expertise across requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, FA, Treasury, Costing) and ability to align them with system capabilities.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication, client interaction, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Certifications : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification (preferred).<br/><br/>- Prior consulting/Big 4 experience with multiple clients/projects is a strong plus.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
