We are looking for strong D365 CRM & Power Platform professionals across multiple levels.

Job Title:
D365 CRM & Power Platform – Architect
D365 CRM & Power Platform – Tech Lead
D365 CRM & Power Platform – Developer
Key Responsibilities (by Level):
Developer (3–6+ years)
Collaborate with team leads and business analysts to implement business requirements.
Build and customize D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions (entities, forms, workflows, plugins, Power Apps – Canvas & Model-Driven, Power Automate).
Develop client-side scripts (JavaScript/TypeScript) and extend functionality using C#/.NET.
Create Power Automate flows to automate processes and integrate systems.
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Participate in the SDLC — requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Tech Lead (6-8+ years)
Provide  technical leadership  to a team of developers (5+ members).
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead solution design.
Lead hands-on development including customizations, workflows, extensions, and integrations.
Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
Design  data models, system architecture, and integration patterns .
Ensure seamless integration of D365 CRM/Power Platform with other enterprise systems via APIs and middleware.
Collaborate with QA for end-to-end solution quality.
Stay current with new features and recommend continuous improvements.
Architect (8–10+ years)
Own the  end-to-end solution architecture  for D365 CRM and Power Platform.
Drive  enterprise-scale design decisions  around scalability, integration, and security.
Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align CRM strategy with business objectives.
Define  architecture diagrams, technical roadmaps, and governance frameworks .
Lead  solution deployment strategies  using managed/unmanaged packages.
Ensure compliance with  data privacy and security regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) .
Provide technical expertise in  pre-sales activities , including client demos and solution presentations.
Act as a  subject matter expert , advising on Microsoft roadmap and best practices.
Core Skills (Common Across Roles):
Experience in  Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization and configuration  (Plugins, Actions, Business Rules).
Strong proficiency in  Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages/Portal .
Client-side scripting with  JavaScript/TypeScript .
Integration experience with  REST APIs, connectors, and third-party systems .
Exposure to  Field Service module  (mandatory for Tech Lead/Architect).
Familiarity with  Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps .
Excellent  problem-solving and communication skills .
Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform certifications  preferred.
