<p></p><p>Lead - Talent Acquisition Summary:</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our end-to-end recruitment efforts.<br/><br/></p><p>This role is responsible for building and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all functions of the organization.<br/><br/></p><p>You will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate with department heads, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals and workforce planning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and deliver effective sourcing strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and improve recruitment performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize recruitment processes and systems (e.g., ATS, sourcing tools, employer branding platforms).<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote company culture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure performance, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay current on industry trends, labor market dynamics, and best practices in talent Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience managing and mentoring recruiting teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement strategies is a plus.</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
