Job Description
The Senior Manager HR Operations will be responsible for managing and streamlining end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle.<br/><br/>- This includes onboarding, HRIS management (Keka), payroll, compliance, employee documentation, HR audits, and process automation.<br/><br/>- The role will also support HR leadership in employee engagement, HR analytics, and policy implementation, ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience at myHQ (ANAROCK Group).<br/><br/><b>Key Lifecycle & Experience:</b><br/><br/>- Manage end-to-end onboarding, induction, and exit processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.<br/><br/>- Oversee employee documentation, background verification, and records management.<br/><br/>- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and processes.<br/><br/><b>Payroll, Compliance & Statutory Management:</b><br/><br/>- Own and execute monthly payroll processes with complete accuracy and timeliness.<br/><br/>- Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Shops & Establishments, and Labour Law filings.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with all legal and statutory norms.<br/><br/><b>HRIS & Process Automation:</b><br/><br/>- Administer and optimize Keka HRIS for attendance, leave, payroll, and performance management.<br/><br/>- Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for leadership reviews.<br/><br/>- Identify opportunities for automation to improve HR operational efficiency.<br/><br/><b>HR Operations & Policy Implementation:</b><br/><br/>- Implement, monitor, and audit HR policies across the organization.<br/><br/>- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.<br/><br/>- Partner with HR leadership to roll out new policies and process improvements.<br/><br/><b>Employee Engagement & Support:</b><br/><br/>- Support HRBP and leadership teams in executing engagement programs, R&R initiatives, and surveys.<br/><br/>- Facilitate employee communication, feedback sessions, and grievance redressal.<br/><br/>- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through proactive employee support.<br/><br/><b>HR Analytics & Insights:</b><br/><br/>- Maintain accurate dashboards tracking headcount, attrition, and other workforce metrics.<br/><br/>- Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.<br/><br/><b>Desired Candidate Profile:</b><br/><br/>- Experience: 6-8 years in HR Operations within mid-sized or high-growth organizations (250300 employees).<br/><br/>- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills:</b><br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Keka HRIS (or similar HR systems).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of Payroll, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR analytics, and reporting tools.<br/><br/><b>Behavioral Competencies:</b><br/><br/>- High attention to detail and strong process orientation.<br/><br/>- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Empathetic, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
