<p>Job Details : <br/><br/>Designation : Software Engineering Manager - Full Stack<br/><br/>Location : Hyderabad<br/><br/>Experience : 10+ years<br/><br/>Summary of Role : <br/><br/>We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the end-to-end development of the Nasuni Portal, one of our flagship customer-facing products.
This is a full stack leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, team management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software at scale.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for leading a team of 7 to 10 talented engineers, overseeing both development and testing, and ensuring timely delivery of product features.
You will also work closely with product managers, UX designers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless development process.<br/><br/>Primary Responsibilities : </p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of the Nasuni Portal<br/><br/>- Manage a team of full-stack engineers working on feature development, quality assurance, and DevOps integration<br/><br/>- Own sprint planning, execution, code reviews, and delivery timelines<br/><br/>- Foster a collaborative, outcome-driven, and high-trust engineering culture<br/><br/>- Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development support to your team<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals<br/><br/>- Champion best practices in software engineering, testing, security, and CI/CD<br/><br/>Qualifications : </p><p><br/></p><p>Technical/Managerial Skills Required : </p><p> <br/>- Backend : Strong experience with Python and frameworks like Django or FastAPI<br/><br/>- Frontend : Expertise in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and HTML/CSS<br/><br/>- Database : Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL<br/><br/>- API Development : Proven experience building and integrating RESTful APIs<br/><br/>- Testing : Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies<br/><br/>- DevOps : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud-based deployment<br/><br/>- People Management - Strong experience in mentoring, performance reviews, career development, and team motivation<br/><br/>- Project Management - Expertise in planning, prioritizing, and delivering software projects on time using Agile/Scrum methodologies<br/><br/>- Conflict Resolution - Skilled in managing interpersonal conflicts and fostering a respectful team culture<br/><br/>- Decision Making - Comfortable making data-driven, timely decisions under uncertainty<br/><br/>- Stakeholder Communication - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, and Executive leadership<br/><br/>Experience : </p><p> <br/>- BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech in computer science (or) Electronics and Communications (or) MCA<br/><br/>- 10+ years of overall software development experience<br/><br/>- 3+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role<br/><br/>- Strong communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills<br/><br/>- Prior experience leading full stack teams delivering SaaS or enterprise software is a plus</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
