Job description

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and seasoned leader to head our lending business at a national level.

As the Vice President – Lending, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales strategy and execution across SME, Personal Loans (PL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) segments.

This role requires deep expertise in retail lending, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of scaling lending businesses across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities Lead the national lending business for SME, PL, and LAP verticals with full P&L ownership.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve business targets across all product lines.

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team across regions and channels.

Collaborate closely with risk, product, credit, and operations teams to ensure robust end-to-end execution.

Identify new market opportunities and drive geographical expansion.

Drive innovation in customer acquisition strategies and channel development (DSA, DST, digital, etc).

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.

Leverage data to monitor performance, derive insights, and optimize processes.

Represent the business externally with key stakeholders, partners, and alliances.

Attributes We Are Looking For Experience: 17–20 years of total experience in financial services with at least 5+ years as a National Sales Head in a mid to large scale NBFC, fintech, or small finance
