This role focuses on data-driven UI/UX, where design starts with system behavior - not just Figma files.<br/><br/>You'll help build modern, modular applications that visualize data flows, enable user interactions with pipelines, and support real-time system feedback.
Think control panels, dashboards, and visual builders - all grounded in architecture, data, and storytelling.<br/><br/>If you're familiar with visual programming (like Rete.js or Node-RED), Docker/AWS deployments, and micro frontend/plugin architectures, you'll fit right in.<br/><br/><b>What You'll Do :</b><br/><br/>- Build Angular components that visualize complex backend pipelines and workflows<br/><br/>- Deep focus on UI/UX design, turning architectural details and API specs into engaging, real-time interfaces<br/><br/>- Browser Dev Tools knowledge for debugging Angular applications effectively<br/><br/>- Experience in applying design patterns in Angular (e.g., Component-based, Observer, Singleton, Factory, etc.)<br/><br/>- Implement data visualization patterns using JSON payloads and system state<br/><br/>- Write Cypress or Playwright E2E tests for interactive interfaces<br/><br/>- Use Docker and deploy apps on NGINX, Apache, or cloud VM instances (e.g., AWS EC2)<br/><br/>- Contribute to modular architecture patterns (e.g., plugin-based or micro frontends)<br/><br/>- Work closely with system architects, backend devs<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/>- 3+ years Angular (v10+) with advanced TypeScript and RxJS knowledge<br/><br/>- Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.<br/><br/>- Excellent grasp of REST API integration, handling JSON, and data binding<br/><br/>- Experience working directly from system designs, API contracts, or flow specs<br/><br/>- Strong UI/UX focus - able to build without relying on pixel-perfect mockups<br/><br/>- Comfortable with Bulma, Bootstrap, or CSS utility frameworks<br/><br/>- Solid Git skills (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution)<br/><br/>- Familiarity with NGINX/Apache for frontend deployment<br/><br/>- Experience writing automated UI tests with Cypress or Playwright<br/><br/>- Comfortable using Docker and working with cloud VMs (AWS EC2 or similar)<br/><br/><b>Additional Skills to Consider :</b><br/><br/>- Familiarity with SCSS (Sassy CSS) and its advanced features like variables, mixins, and nesting.<br/><br/>- Experience in building dashboards, admin panels, or analytics UIs.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of graph libraries (e.g., Chart.js, Plotly.js).<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, color theory, typography, and design systems.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in tools like Figma or Excalidraw for wireframing and prototyping.<br/><br/><b>Strongly Preferred</b><br/><br/>- Experience with visual programming / flow-based UIs like : Rete.js Node-RED FlowFuse<br/><br/>- Understanding of micro frontend patterns and plugin-based architecture<br/><br/>- Prior work in IoT, data pipelines, or Centralised management systems for Edge devices<br/><br/>- Familiarity with event-driven UIs, system state management (NgRx, etc.)<br/><br/>- Experience with JSON fixtures/stubs for API and Knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI tools and integrating mock APIs.<br/><br/><b>What You'll Get :</b><br/><br/><p class="">- Ownership over rich, technical, visual frontends that drive real-world workflows<br/><br/><p class="">- The opportunity to shape interface logic directly from architecture and APIs<br/><br/>- A modern, forward-looking tech stack with flexibility and autonomy<br/><br/>- A team culture that values engineering insight, creativity, and impact</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
