Job Description
<p>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>Strategic Alignment :<br/><br/>- Ensuring IT systems and processes are aligned with the organization's business strategy and objectives.<br/><br/>Architecture Development :<br/><br/>- POC, Designing, developing, and maintaining the enterprise architecture, including data, applications, integrations, infrastructure, security and including below skills.<br/><br/>- 60% hands-on<br/><br/>- Must have "Native Azure Services", Strong SQL preferably on MS SQL Server, Azure DevOps, exposure to No-SQL databases.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in React.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in building API, Event, micro-services-based architecture.<br/><br/>- Strong experience in integrating COTS products/applications, integration platforms<br/><br/>- Experience working with offshore and onshore teams<br/><br/>- Experience in working with onshore functional teams and vendors directly<br/><br/>- Ability to work other development teams as a developer in the scrum team<br/><br/>Road mapping :<br/><br/>- Creating and maintaining a roadmap for the evolution of the enterprise architecture, outlining future technology investments and initiatives.<br/><br/>Solution Design :<br/><br/>- Providing architectural guidance and oversight for specific projects and solutions, ensuring they align with the overall enterprise architecture.<br/><br/>Governance :<br/><br/>- Establishing and enforcing architectural standards, policies, and best practices.<br/><br/>Technology Evaluation :<br/><br/>- Evaluating new and emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the enterprise architecture.<br/><br/>Communication and Collaboration :<br/><br/>- Working with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to communicate architectural decisions and ensure alignment.<br/><br/>Change Management :<br/><br/>- Leading and managing the implementation of changes to the enterprise architecture, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.<br/><br/>Skills and Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Technical Expertise: Microsoft .NET,React, Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security.<br/><br/>- Architectural Methodologies: Experience with various architectural frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF.<br/><br/>- Business Acumen: Understanding of business strategy, processes, and objectives.<br/><br/>- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.<br/><br/>- Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead and influence teams and stakeholders to adopt new technologies and processes.<br/><br/>- Experience: Typically requires several years of experience in IT roles, including experience with systems management and implementation of business plans.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
