<p><b>Salary : 7 to 74 LPA </b></p><p><br/></p><p>Job description and Understanding :</p><p><br/>Role : Dotnet Developer<br/><br/>WFH and WFO<br/><br/>Job Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Expertise in writing stored procedures and SQL queries<br/><br/>- Proficient in Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle management<br/><br/>- Familiar with SOLID Principles and Design Patterns<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD tools and Version Control tools like GIT<br/><br/>- Good understanding of Test-Driven Development and Behavioral Driven Development strategies and approaches<br/><br/>- Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies<br/><br/>- Strong data analytics, quantitative skills, problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating data-driven business environments<br/><br/>- Self-motivated, independent worker who is driven to deliver results without close management<br/><br/>- Ability to communicate well and work with other developers and can foster team and peer loyalty<br/><br/>- Encourages constructive design discussion with the team<br/><br/>- Be able to work efficiently in a high pressured and fast pace environment<br/><br/>- Excellent prioritization skills to deliver multiple projects in a timely manner<br/><br/>- Sense of urgency and adherence to deliverable dates<br/><br/>- To write clean, reusable, maintainable, and readable code<br/><br/>- Manage, guide, support, motivate, and mentor teammates<br/><br/>- Be a part of the conversation from the start, you will lead full lifecycle projects including guiding technical scoping, design, and implementation<br/><br/>- Drive the development forward and be able to translate requirements into pragmatic solutions<br/><br/>- Work with UX & UI designers, researchers, and other engineers (web and mobile), you will be able to flex your .Net chops to help shape, design, and build digital products that help solve important business needs<br/><br/>- Be proactive and show perseverance because you're motivated to get the best results<br/><br/>- Exposure to DevOps practices<br/><br/>- Commercial experience in Continuous Integration and writing testable code, simplifying Unit Tests<br/><br/>- Write code that follows SOLID principles, platform-specific conventions, and common design patterns<br/><br/>- Skills in securing data in transit and at rest using a variety of encryption techniques<br/><br/>- An understanding of architectural choices, including the trade-offs for each<br/><br/>- Knowledge of AGILE - Scrum or Kanban<br/><br/>- You're an experienced internal project lead and you also excel in leading client workshops<br/><br/>- Previous leadership experience, managing/mentoring, and motivating others to improve<br/><br/>Basic Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in any stream<br/><br/>- 2+ years' experience in software design and development using C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, REST APIs, SQL Server, Angular (or similar UI Framework)<br/><br/>- 1+ years related experience developing in the Pharmacy, Hospital/EMR, PBM, hospital revenue cycle, or 340B industry<br/><br/>- Microsoft Azure Developer Certification<br/><br/>- Knowledge of pharmacy, prescription claims adjudication, PBM, or medical EDI data a plus</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
