<p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Developer with deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in Talent Management and Absence Management modules.
</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will combine strong technical .NET development skills with a comprehensive understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities to support, configure, and optimize HR processes for our enterprise clients.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead the design, development, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, focusing on Talent Management and Absence Management.<br/><br/>- Write and maintain complex Fast Formulas to meet eligibility and business rules requirements.<br/><br/>- Develop and customize BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable HR insights.<br/><br/>- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions according to client requirements.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and recommend Oracle Cloud HCM enhancements.<br/><br/>- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.<br/><br/>- Develop integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and other enterprise systems using .NET technologies and middleware where applicable.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities and .NET development best practices.<br/><br/>- Participate in project planning, requirement analysis, and delivery of technical solutions within timelines.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 12 to 15 years of professional experience with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, especially Talent Management and Absence Management modules.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to write complex eligibility Fast Formulas and develop BI reports in Oracle HCM Cloud.<br/><br/>- Strong hands-on experience with .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET, and integration technologies.<br/><br/>- Experience in system configuration, implementation, and post-production support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of HR business processes and how they translate into Oracle Cloud configurations.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.<br/><br/>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/>- Experience working in hybrid work models and collaborating across distributed teams.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
