<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>Job Title : Lead AWS Data Engineer (PM).<br/><br/>Location : Remote (Work from Home India).<br/><br/>Experience : 8+ Years.<br/><br/>Joining : Immediate / Within 15 Days.<br/><br/>Employment Type : Permanent / Long-term Contract / Full-time / Part-time.<br/><br/>Work Model : Remote (with occasional travel to Sweden/Germany).<br/><br/><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/>NetAnalytiks Technologies Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AWS Data Engineer to join our team supporting a prestigious European client.<br/><br/>This is a senior-level, client-facing role that demands deep technical expertise in the AWS data stack, strong leadership capabilities, and project management skills.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and managing robust data engineering solutions, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality data products.<br/><br/>This role is open to candidates across India and may involve short-term travel to Sweden or Germany.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead end-to-end data engineering projects, from requirement gathering to deployment and monitoring.<br/><br/>- Architect and implement scalable data pipelines using AWS services such as Glue, Lambda, S3, Fargate, and CloudWatch.<br/><br/>- Design and manage workflow orchestration using Airflow and n8n.<br/><br/>- Perform data modeling and transformation using Python, Pandas, and PostgreSQL.<br/><br/>- Containerize and deploy data solutions using Docker and AWS Fargate.<br/><br/>- Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and client stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Lead sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking using Agile methodologies.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering with a strong focus on AWS technologies.<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in AWS Glue, Lambda, S3, Fargate, CloudWatch, and Airflow.<br/><br/>- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Pandas for data manipulation.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and data modeling techniques.<br/><br/>- Experience with Docker and container orchestration in cloud environments.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing client-facing projects.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of Agile project management and delivery practices.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Engineering graduates from premium institutes (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, etc.) will be given preference.<br/><br/>- Prior experience working with European clients is a plus.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Structured and process-oriented approach to work.<br/><br/>- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across distributed teams.<br/><br/>- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
