Job Description
Experience in consulting or consumer research roles in consumer and shopper research (segmentation, landscaping, path to purchase etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong business development skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Articulate the value of our products, highlighting their ability to tackle client-specific challenges.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver standout responses to RFIs/RFPs, showcasing our solutions' impact.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create and share success stories and case studies to demonstrate our solutions' effectiveness.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as the project owner and is directly accountable for questionnaire design, project execution, and report analysis.<br/><br/></p><p>- Very good client-facing and communication/presentation Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br/></p>- Core Research Expertise Leverages deep expertise in consumer and shopper research to design robust studies and generate actionable insights.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strategic Thinking & Client Consulting Translates client challenges into strategic solutions that drive business impact and growth.<br/><br/></p><p>- Communication & Presentation Skills Clearly articulates research findings, recommendations, </p><p>and solutions to clients and stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Business Development Skills Identifies opportunities, crafts compelling proposals, and builds lasting client relationships to grow revenue.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leadership & Ownership Leads projects end-to-end, from questionnaire design to report delivery, taking accountability for quality and (Non-Negotiables):</b></p><p><br/></p>- 8+ years in B2C research or consulting.<br/><br/></p><p>- MBA (likely in marketing, business, or analytics).<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep knowledge of research methodologies (segmentation, path to purchase, etc.).</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
