<p>- We are seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee and drive AI & Emerging Technology initiatives within our organization.<br/><br/>- This role combines project management, client engagement, and technology adoption, with a focus on leveraging AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and other emerging tech solutions to solve real business problems.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/> Project Management & Delivery:<br/><br/>- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI & Emerging Tech projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.<br/><br/>- Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and execution plans in collaboration with stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Coordinate across technical teams, data scientists, and developers to ensure milestones are achieved on time.<br/><br/>- Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to client/business objectives.<br/><br/>- Monitor risks, dependencies, and proactively mitigate project challenges.<br/><br/> Client & Stakeholder Management:<br/><br/>- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during AI/tech project lifecycles.<br/><br/>- Translate client requirements into actionable project roadmaps.<br/><br/>- Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.<br/><br/> AI & Emerging Tech Enablement.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with advancements in AI, Generative AI, LLMs, Cloud AI tools, Data Engineering, Automation, and related technologies.<br/><br/>- Contribute ideas on how to apply these technologies to client use cases.<br/><br/>- Support pre-sales discussions, solution demos, and PoC (Proof-of-Concept) development.<br/><br/> Account Growth & Expansion:<br/><br/>- Identify new opportunities within existing client accounts by showcasing emerging AI solutions.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling.<br/><br/>- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and solution pitches for AI-led engagements.<br/><br/> Key Requirements:<br/><br/>- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering/Computer Science or related field.<br/><br/>- MBA is a plus.<br/><br/>- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in AI-related domains.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (not necessarily hands-on coding).<br/><br/>- Excellent project management and stakeholder handling skills.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
