<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Info Systems discipline.<br/><br/>- Minimum of 6+ years of related work experience in an operational role and some project and/or change management experience.<br/><br/>- Experience in a high-change, rapidly growing business is a plus.<br/><br/>- Strong relationship building ; Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting.<br/><br/>- Exceptional ability to gather, organize and evaluate any information or data needed as input from stakeholders and the development team to determine requirements and specifications.<br/><br/>- CAN DO attitude ; Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment.<br/><br/>- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, and priorities and complete objectives on time.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving skills, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and excellent interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Exposure to process development and change execution.<br/><br/>- Ability to interact with all levels of business users across functional teams (endusers/executives).<br/><br/>- Flexible to support in different time zones.<br/><br/><b>Role & Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- 6+ yrs of experience in NetSuite Implementation & Enhancement projects with thorough knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and architecture.<br/><br/>- Experience in Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis with business users or stakeholders to understand, document, and validate their business processes, needs, and challenges.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated experience in participating and translating customer business requirements into Business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative.<br/><br/>- Experience in translating business expectations into detailed functional requirements and specifications.<br/><br/>- Responsible for owning and delivering complex solutions using Oracle NetSuite platform.<br/><br/>- Conduct personalization sessions and document with meeting minute summaries.<br/><br/>- Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customers business requirements.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with technical team member(s) to help guide the development of customized solutions, or data extracts using SQL queries.<br/><br/>- Identify test scenarios, establish test cases and support SIT, UAT with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met.<br/><br/>- Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption.<br/><br/>- Support the Go Live deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover Software-testing and Conduct testing of all kinds and prepare test cases of the modules implemented and developed.<br/><br/>- Suggest process improvements based on application capability and industry best practices.<br/><br/>- NetSuite Setups :</p><p> <br/>i.
