                <p><p><b>Position:</b> Business Development Manager<br/><br/><b>Experience:</b> Up to 10-12 Years<br/><br/><b>Location:</b> Pune <br/><br/><b>Job Type:</b> Full-time<br/><br/><b>Job Summary</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with up to 1012 years of experience in selling computer hardware solutions.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate must reside in Pune and be prepared to immediately step in and grow Netweb's market share by selling our core product portfoliospecifically Data Centre (Servers/Storage) DC/DR solutions and Standalone Servers/Workstations solutionsinto targeted vertical markets.<br/><br/> This role demands strong expertise in cold calling, strategic sales, contract negotiation, and managing key enterprise accounts.<br/><br/><b>Key  Sales and Market Growth:</b><br/><br/>- Develop and implement clear strategic sales goals to expand market share within the Pune territory.<br/><br/>- Strategically position and promote Netweb Technologies products and services (Data Centre solutions, Servers/Storage, Workstations).<br/><br/>- Qualify leads rigorously and create targeted lists of enterprise or data center accounts across key verticals (e.g., Government Organizations, Educational Institutes, Research Organizations).<br/><br/><b>Lead Generation and Account Acquisition:</b><br/><br/>- Proactively seek out potential new customers through effective cold calling and consistent follow-up customer visits.<br/><br/>- Participate actively in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility.<br/><br/>- Develop strong customer relationships and maintain/manage a portfolio of key accounts.<br/><br/><b>Negotiation and Sales Operations:</b><br/><br/>- Negotiate various types of contracts and manage day-to-day sales operations efficiently.<br/><br/>- Handle technical sales details, including negotiating sales pricing, monitoring orders, facilitating credit issues, and negotiating sales returns.<br/><br/>- Expand existing client accounts to ensure retention and growth  and Territory Management:</b><br/><br/>- Demonstrate proficiency in key sales disciplines: pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure and control, and effective time and territory  Up to 10-12 years of experience selling complex computer hardware solutions to channels, data centers, or enterprise accounts.<br/><br/><b>Technical Product Background:</b> Proven experience selling Data Centre infrastructure (Servers/Storage), DC/DR solutions, and Standalone Servers/Workstations.<br/><br/><b>Sales Track Record:</b> A highly successful track record with credible cold calling and consistent follow-up with key  & Negotiation:</b> Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.<br/><br/>- Possess polished verbal, written, and presentation skills.<br/><br/><b>Language (Mandatory):</b> Fluency in the English language is mandatory; additional local languages (e.g., Marathi, Hindi) are an advantage.<br/><br/><b>Behavioral Attributes:</b> Extremely proactive, highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.<br/><br/> Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.<br/><br/><b>Collaboration:</b> Strong team player with prior experience selling technology into large corporate accounts</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
