We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investor Relations professional to lead strategic communication between the company, investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring strong capital markets understanding, financial analysis acumen, and excellent storytelling skills to manage investor expectations and build long-term shareholder value.<br/><br/><b>Key Relations & Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and management Q&A.</p><p><br/>- Manage relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders; respond to queries and maintain a high standard of communication.</p><p><br/>- Support or lead investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows, including logistics, briefing materials, and follow-ups.</p><p><br/>- Track market intelligence, analyst models, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to provide insights to senior leadership.</p><p><br/>- Collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy and Secretarial to align messaging and reporting.</p><p><br/>- Contribute to the company's equity story and help evolve the long-term IR strategy.<br/><br/><p><b>Financial Analysis & Market Collaborate with internal finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial disclosures and investor messaging.</p><p><br/>- Analyze competitor performance, macroeconomic trends, and industry developments to support strategic communication.</p><p><br/>- Maintain financial models for company forecasting, valuation benchmarking, and investor insights.</p><p><br/>- Provide the management team with regular market analysis and recommendations based on investor sentiment.<br/><br/><b>Regulatory & Governance Support the preparation and filing of investor-related statutory documents, AGM materials, and board-level presentations.<br/><br/><b>Capital Markets & Fundraising Support:</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Assist the leadership team in capital raising initiatives (debt, equity, private placements).</p><p><br/>- Prepare financial decks, pitchbooks, and due diligence documents for institutional investors or investment MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent post-graduate 10-15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Fund Management, or Family Office investments.</p><p><br/>- Proven track record of managing investor communication, financial modeling, and strategic presentations.<br/><br/><b>Key Skills:</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strong understanding of capital markets, financial statements, and valuation metrics.</p><p><br/>- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex financial data.</p><p><br/>- Proficiency in MS Office, Financial Modeling, Bloomberg/Refinitiv/FactSet tools.</p><p><br/>- Ability to work across functions including finance, legal, marketing, and senior leadership.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Traits:</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- High attention to detail and analytical rigor.</p><p><br/>- Experience dealing with HNIs, Fund Managers, Analysts, and PE/VC firms.</p><p><br/>- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
