<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>Role : Network Admin<br/><br/>Exp : 5 to 8 years<br/><br/>Should have good communications skills.<br/><br/><b>Job Summary : </b><br/><br/>We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator to manage and support our enterprise network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Cisco networking, firewall management, wireless technologies, and cloud-based access solutions.
This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, practical experience in enterprise IT environments, and relevant certifications such as CCNA and CCNP.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching technologies including : BGP, EIGRP, HSRP, LACP, OSPF, STP, SVI, VLAN</p><p><br/></p><p>- Administer and maintain DHCP and DNS services across the network<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and support Fortigate firewalls and VPNs, with proven experience in enterprise deployments<br/><br/></p><p>- Deploy and maintain Ruckus access points and switches, ensuring optimal wireless coverage and performance<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) systems for secure endpoint connectivity<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and optimize network performance using Network Management Systems (NMS)<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) for secure cloud-based connectivity<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure upgrades and security initiatives<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications : </b><br/><br/>- Minimum 58 years of experience in network administration in an enterprise IT environment<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of networking protocols and services<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Cisco devices and configurations<br/><br/></p><p>- Practical experience with Fortigate firewalls and VPN setup<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Ruckus wireless infrastructure in a corporate setting<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with NAC systems and network segmentation<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in using NMS tools for monitoring and reporting<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Zscaler cloud security solutions<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and documentation : <br/></b><br/></p><p> - CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Required<br/><br/></p><p> - CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) Preferred<br/><br/></p><p> - Additional certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Zscaler Certified Professional) are a plus<br/><br/><b>Education : </b><br/><br/>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
