The Role
As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services.

You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients - which means some of the biggest in the world.

There's never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike.

You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance.

You'll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer/Associate with Proven expertise in Arista WiFi and Switching technologies to Support , and implement enterprise network solutions.

The ideal candidate will have

minimum 6 Yrs hands-on experience with Arista's Cloud Vision, wireless infrastructure, and switching platforms, along with a deep understanding of enterprise networking protocols, troubleshooting, and automation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Having 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking (wired and wireless).

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VLANs, IPSec/SSL).

Maintain documentation, Run books for designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

Perform L2 Support and

implement, LAN/WLAN infrastructure leveraging Arista WiFi access points, switches, and CloudVision.

Perform network configuration, deployment, and day-to-day operations of campus and data center networks.

Perform configuration, monitoring, and optimization of Arista Access Points, Controllers, and Switches.

Conduct wireless performance monitoring, RF tuning, and assist with WiFi surveys.

Troubleshoot complex networking issues across wired and wireless environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

Manage and optimize wireless deployments, including RF planning, SSID design, security, and roaming.

Configure and maintain Layer 2/3 protocols (VLANs, STP, VXLAN, OSPF, BGP, EVPN, MLAG, etc.).

Leverage Arista CloudVision for centralized management, automation, monitoring, and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network architecture, performance tuning, and integrations.

Maintain documentation including network diagrams, SOPs, and configurations.

Participate in on-call rotation, providing 24x7 escalation support for business-critical incidents.

Good

Knowledge of Cisco WLC

Proven knowledge of Routing Protocols ( OSPF & BGP)

Working knowledge of Arista NAC or any other OEM NAC Solution (ISE)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:.
Strong Operational knowledge of Arista WiFi solutions (Access Points, Cloud

Vision, WiFi,RF optimization).

Experience with

Arista Switching platforms (Campus & Data Center) and Cloud

Vision

for management & automation.

Solid understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP,

Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark,NetFlow, Cloud Vision Telemetry).

Certifications:
Industry certifications (e.g., Arista ACE, CCNA/CCNP, CWNP) are desirable CCNA certification is Must .
