About the Role:  
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Architect  to lead the design, deployment, and management of the network infrastructure for our AI data center.
You will play a critical role in ensuring high availability, low latency, and scalability for the data center’s operations, supporting global GPU compute workloads.
Key Responsibilities:  
Network Architecture Design:  
- Design and implement the network architecture for a high-performance AI data center, ensuring scalability, security, and fault tolerance.
 
 
- Plan and design multi-tier network architectures to support distributed GPU workloads, storage, and compute nodes.
 
 
High-Performance Networking:  
- Optimize network configurations for low-latency, high-bandwidth communication between compute and storage nodes.
 
 
- Implement high-speed interconnects (e.g., InfiniBand, RDMA, Ethernet fabrics) for GPU workloads.
 
 
Infrastructure Deployment:  
- Oversee the deployment of network hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and load balancers.
 
 
- Implement SDN (Software-Defined Networking) solutions to streamline traffic flow and management.
 
 
Global Connectivity:  
- Design secure and reliable global connectivity solutions for seamless access by customers across geographies.
 
 
- Collaborate with ISPs and telecom providers for WAN optimization and global network reach.
 
 
Security and Compliance:  
- Establish robust network security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
 
 
- Ensure the network complies with industry standards, including GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
 
 
Monitoring and Maintenance:  
- Implement network monitoring and performance tools to ensure uptime and reliability.
 
 
- Define SLAs and troubleshoot network-related issues to minimize downtime.
 
 
Collaboration:  
- Work closely with infrastructure, storage, and software teams to align network design with the data center's operational requirements.
 
 
- Provide technical guidance to engineers and stakeholders during project execution.
 
 
Innovation and Optimization: = 
- Stay updated on emerging technologies like NVMe-over-Fabrics, 400G Ethernet, and AI-optimized networking solutions.
 
 
- Propose upgrades to improve performance, reduce costs, and optimize energy efficiency.
 
 
What We’re Looking For:  
Educational Qualifications:  
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
 
 
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, or AWS/Azure/GCP networking certifications) are highly desirable.
 
 
Experience:  
- 8+ years of experience  in network architecture, with a focus on data centers and high-performance networking.
 
 
- Proven experience designing and deploying network solutions for large-scale, distributed environments.
 
 
Technical Expertise:  
- Networking Protocols:  In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, and EVPN.
 
 
- Data Center Networking:  Hands-on experience with high-speed networking technologies such as InfiniBand, RDMA, and 400G Ethernet.
 
 
- Hardware and Tools:  Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and Mellanox network devices.
 
 
- Cloud Integration:  Familiarity with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud networking solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
 
 
- Network Automation:  Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Python scripting.
 
 
- Security:  Expertise in firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, DDoS mitigation, and Zero Trust Architecture.
 
 
- Monitoring and Analytics:  Experience with tools like Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds, and NetFlow.
 
 
Soft Skills:  
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex network challenges.
 
 
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 
 
- Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities.
