As an SD-LAN Operations Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of Software-Defined Local Area Network (SD-LAN) environments.
Role will involve ensuring the seamless functioning of SD-LAN components, resolving network issues, and implementing upgrades to enhance network performance and reliability.
Working closely with other IT teams to deliver high-quality network services and provide technical expertise in SD-LAN technologies.
Flexible Working Schedule including after-hours changes and participating in an on-call rotation.
Hands-on experience on below SD-LAN products, minimum one product experience is must: 
Cisco: Cisco DNA Center, DNA Assurance ,Cisco Catalyst 9000 Series Switches, Cisco SD-Access, Cisco AP s, Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine).
Aruba: Aruba Central, Aruba AirWave, Aruba NetEdit, Aruba CX Series, AP s Aruba ClearPass.
Juniper: Mist Systems, Marvis Virtual Network Assistant, Mist Cloud, Juniper EX Series Switches, Mist AP Series (Access Points).
Contrail Networking , Contrail Insights 
VMware: VMware NSX, VMware vRealize Network Insight (vRNI), VMware SD-WAN Edge, VMware vRealize Automation, vRealize Operations Manager 
Fortinet: FortiGate Secure SD-LAN, FortiSwitch, FortiAP Devices, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer 
Key Responsibilities: 
  Monitor, maintain, and support SD-LAN environments.
  Perform routine network health checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, minimizing downtime and service interruptions.
  Performing routine tests on an assigned system and reporting results 
  Implement network changes and upgrades in accordance with change management policies.
  Software tools that provide visibility into network performance, security, and usage.
  Enable proactive management and troubleshooting of SDLAN network issues.
Troubleshooting Expertise: 
  Good knowledge in routing (29xx/39xx/ASR etc) and switching (3750/3850/4500/6500 etc) 
  Expertise in troubleshooting Load balancers (Cisco ACE, F5   LTM/GTM) 
  Expertise in troubleshooting WAN Optimizers 
  Detailed knowledge in essential services for DC, such as DNS/DHCP/NTP and IPAM 
  Good knowledge in SDN (ACI/NSX) (Nexus: 9k, 7k, 5k, 2k, 1k) 
  Good knowledge in WAN, MPLS and Internet technologies 
  Good knowledge in cloud (Public, private and hybrid) 
  Strategic problem solving skills 
  Systematic troubleshooting skills 
  Deep dive in to detailed analysis with high degree of technical knowledge to solve complex technical problems for Software Defined Networking (SDN) & Network Virtualization 
  Over all trouble shooting skills including, Compute/Virtualization, Network, Security and DDNI 
  Troubleshooting and repairing network issues, as well as developing, applying and enforcing best practices and policies 
  Effectively communicating details complex problems to various teams and members

  Defining fabric edge as well as control plane and border functions.

Hands-on experience on SD-LAN Controller for 
  Centralized management platform that orchestrates the entire SD-LAN environment.
  Provides a unified interface for network configuration, policy enforcement, and monitoring 
  Managed and configured End Point devices centrally through the SD-LAN controller 
  Network device connectivity, Switches to Support for automated provisioning, policy enforcement, and segmentation 
 
SD-LAN Orchestration Software: 
  Software that automates network configuration, management, and optimization.
  Works in conjunction with the SD-LAN controller to streamline operations.
  Component that enforces network policies such as access control, quality of service (QoS), and security rules 
 
Security Services: 
  Additional security features integrated into the SD-LAN environment, such as Network Access Control (NAC), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) inspection.
  Good knowledge in Security environment, such as Firewalls, Proxy servers, SSL offloading, VPNs etc 
Communication: 
  Excellent written and verbal communication 
  Conducting brainstorming sessions to resolve complex issues with the team 
  Good inter personal skills to manage clients.
Must be able to clearly communicate with the customer and be able to present solutions to customers.
  Flexible and adaptable in meeting global delivery requirements.
