<p><p><b>Experience Required :</b> 12+ :</b> Gurugram Timings :</b> 12PM -9PM/2PM -11 :</b> 24x7 Support Type :</b> Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Lead and manage 24x7 global infrastructure operations, ensuring end-to-end service delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor and guide a team of SME engineers across IT domains (Windows, Linux, Cloud, Networking, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Act as process owner for Level 2 Support & Event Management; ensure ITIL process alignment (Incident, Problem, Change, Event).<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive technical transitions and upskilling initiatives across infrastructure domains.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical and functional issue resolution; ensure minimal business disruption.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify gaps, propose corrective actions, and implement process improvements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain documentation of transitions and ensure effective knowledge transfer.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational health.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform capacity planning, workload prioritization, and resource management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Service Delivery, Engineering, and senior stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support budgeting activities (OPEX & CAPEX) and contribute to IT strategy Expertise:</b></p><p><br/></p>- Infrastructure: Windows Server (20122019), Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Microsoft 365.<br/><br/></p><p>- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix VDI, Horizon.<br/><br/></p><p>- Cloud: Azure & AWS administration, Cloud architecture and migration experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, Nagios, Datadog.<br/><br/></p><p>- Security & Access: SSO, Okta, Microsoft MFA.<br/><br/></p><p>- Patch Management: SCCM, WSUS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automation: Working knowledge of Ansible, Chef, Puppet.<br/><br/></p><p>- ITSM Tools: ServiceNow strong understanding of ITIL practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Networking: Solid grasp of data center architecture, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and interfaces.<br/><br/></p><p>- Disaster Recovery: Understanding of BCP and DR solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Reporting: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, KPI Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven project management and planning abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.<br/><br/></p><p>- Business acumen with a focus on continuous improvement and service excellence.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
